ShopTerris.com offers a wide array of antiques and collectibles, as well as new and nearly-new items pulled from Terri’s vast inventory of consigned and donated goods. From unique one-of-a-kind items to estate pieces, the depth of merchandise is enormous. We are proud to note that revenues from sales help to fund several charities’ charters ranging from education, domestic support programs to assisting people with disabilities and other barriers. How do I get started?
If you are already a registered user of ShopTerris.com, you can go straight to the shopping cart listings.

If you are new to ShopTerris.com, go to buyer signup to register and receive your personalized Buyer I.D. and Password.

Terri’s Consign and Design Furnishings, Inc. has over a 28-year history of sound business practices. Because Terri’s Consign and Design Furnishings, Inc. is the sole seller on ShopTerris.com, buyers don’t have to worry about encountering fraudulent sellers.

The site is protected by GeoTrust SSL certificate. With GeoTrust QuickSSL web server certificates, you can be assured that you, as a consumer, are conducting secure online transactions. By activating the browser’s “LOCK” icon, QuickSSL enables up to 256-bit encryption and assures online visitors that confidential information and transactions cannot be viewed, intercepted or altered. And the authentication system is the most advanced in the industry. The ShopTerris.com administration also works behind-the-scenes to minimize and prevent fraud in order to protect buyers.

Can I become a seller on ShopTerris.com?
No, as these items are either through consignment or donation.
Are my purchases tax deductible?
No, but your donations to a charity would be, using ShopTerris.com to sell your item.
Does ShopTerris.com sell automobiles?
Yes! Go to our Luxury Items category for automobiles and other high-end items. If you don’t see what you’re looking for, check back often as we get new products daily.
How do I e-mail ShopTerris.com?

How do I update/change my ShopTerris.com address, email or password?
Sign in and Go to My Account and change the applicable information.
Can I use a P.O. or A.P.O. Box as my ShopTerris.com bill to address?
No, a street address is needed for delivery.
What forms of payment does ShopTerris.com accept?
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover
Does ShopTerris.com accept PayPal?
No, we have a secure site and use Authorize.net as our payment gateway.
How are items shipped?
Items are generally shipped UPS ground within 2-5 business days of purchase. International shipping will be DHL. Freight will be on a case-by-case situation.
When will my item ship?
Within 2-5 business days of purchase.
Can I ship to a different address?
Yes, just change the shipping address in the Shopping Cart when prompted.
How are shipping and handling charges determined?
We are using a direct feed from UPS to calculate shipping charges.
Can I combine items for shipping?
No. To ensure merchandise is packed for optimal protection during shipping, we pack and ship all merchandise separately.
Can an item be returned if it was damaged during shipping?
Yes.
Can you explain the process for purchasing an item?
After you select your item and put it in your shopping cart, you will have the choice to continue to shop or to check out. If you select continue shopping, you will be able to add more items to your cart. If you select, check out, then you will either log in (if you have an account already set up) or register to create an account. During this process you will give your email information. The system will walk you through the purchase transaction including credit card information. After you purchase from the shopping cart, you will receive an email informing you of the details of the transaction. The email will be your receipt for your purchase(s) at ShopTerris
When will my order be shipped?
Your order will be shipped within 2-5 business days after receipt of payment.
Once your order has been shipped, you may track the shipment status through the “Shipped Orders” tab from My ShopTerris. Click on the tracking number and you will be linked to the shipper’s website where you can obtain current tracking information for your orders.
I see old purchase info / How do I set browser cache?
If you see old outdated auction information please check your browser cache setting and your computer’s date and time.

To check your browser cache setting, using Internet Explorer select Internet Options from the Tools menu, under Temporary Internet Files select the settings button, and from the settings screen under Check For Newer versions make sure Automatically is selected.

To check your computer’s date and time, using Microsoft Windows double click the time in the lower right corner of your Window’s start bar and make sure that your day, month, year, and time are all correct.
